What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect your name and email address, and a record of when and how you consented to marketing. If you email us, we receive the information you include in your message. Website hosting systems may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. Please do not send sensitive health information through the waitlist.
How we use it
We use waitlist details to manage our subscriber list and send the launch, product and surprise updates you request. We use enquiry details to respond and manage our communications. Joining the waitlist does not place an order or require you to buy anything.
Your choices
Marketing consent is optional: you can browse the site without joining. You may withdraw your consent or ask to access, correct or delete your details by emailing [email protected]. Marketing emails will provide an unsubscribe method. We do not sell subscriber lists.
Storage and service providers
Waitlist forms are processed by Web3Forms and forwarded to our team’s email inbox for manual recording. Web3Forms and email service providers process these details to deliver your signup. Web3Forms may also retain submissions in its dashboard under its retention settings. Their systems may process information outside Australia. See https://web3forms.com/privacy for Web3Forms’s privacy terms. We keep information in systems managed for Azyla Lab and limit access to people and service providers who need it for the purposes above. We retain it only while needed for those purposes or applicable legal obligations. No system is completely secure. We intend to use Shopify for our future storefront; this policy will be updated before connected services begin handling customer information, including relevant overseas processing details.
Cookies and external services
The current site uses browser storage to remember whether you have dismissed or completed the waitlist invitation. Name and email details are not stored in this browser storage. It loads typography from Google Fonts; your browser connects to Google to retrieve those font files. We do not use an embedded Instagram feed: Instagram opens only when you follow an external link and has its own privacy practices. New analytics, advertising tools or storefront services will be reflected in this policy before use.
