Our pre-launch status
We are preparing to launch in February 2027. This site currently offers product discovery and waitlist registration, rather than live orders. Shipping arrangements and our additional change-of-mind returns policy will be published before sales open.
Delivery questions
Once orders open, contact [email protected] if your delivery is missing, damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help us understand the problem. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the appropriate instructions and address.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods will come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For other failures, the remedy will depend on the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in our policies limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Change-of-mind returns
Any voluntary change-of-mind policy, including time limits and conditions for opened or unopened products, will be confirmed before the store opens. Those additional conditions will not restrict remedies for faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods under the Australian Consumer Law.
